Kuduro 365: Day 2 The Bounce

This video hightlights some work on the Bounce and also shows me practicing steps from a Kuduro workshop.  It's tough to post this video, because it looks bad, but this will be fun to watch after I have improved.

The video linked below is what I used to get an understanding of the Bounce.  According to the video, it's important to:

  • Keep both feet straight ahead
  • Open the legs out diagonaly when the body goes down
  • Weight should stay on the outside of the foot
